3.7 Sensitive Words

Sensitive Words

Sensitive Words - Policy Configuration - Basic Configuration: Supports configuring whether to enable sensitive words, whether to allow reporting sensitive words, and which word library to use. Via the sensitive words toggle, the administrator can control whether the MK system enables the sensitive words function. It is disabled by default. By configuring the user operations, the administrator can configure whether users are allowed to report sensitive words. By configuring the detection method, users can choose to use either the local word library or a third-party word library for sensitive words detection.

Sensitive Words - Policy Configuration - Detection Policy: Supports creating, deleting, modifying, and querying sensitive word detection policies. Users can view detailed content of policies in Detection Policy. Default policies cannot be deleted. A policy cannot be disabled while it is being referenced. Only policies in disabled or draft status can be deleted. Copied policies are in draft status by default. Users can view detailed content of policies, including interface input policy, console input policy, whitelist, and the list of modules referencing the policies.

Sensitive Words - Policy Configuration - System Application Configuration: Supports enabling/disabling sensitive words and configuring sensitive word policies. When both "Interface Input Policy" and "Console Input Policy" are set as "Not to Control", the sensitive words status will be "Disabled". Otherwise, it is "Enabled". The only entry to enable sensitive words is under "System Mgt - Security Mgt - Sensitive Words".

Sensitive Words - Policy Configuration - Low-code Application Configuration: Supports enabling/disabling sensitive words and configuring sensitive word policies When both "Interface Input Policy" and "Console Input Policy" are set as "Not to Control", the sensitive words status will be "Disabled". Otherwise, it is "Enabled". There are two entries to enable sensitive words for low-code applications: "System Mgt - Security Mgt - Sensitive Words" and "Low-code - Forms - Mechanism Deployment - Sensitive Words".

Sensitive Words - Report Sensitive Words: Allows users to report sensitive words. Once "Report by User" is enabled in "Policy Config", the "Report Sensitive Words" entry will be available, allowing users to report sensitive words through this entry.

Sensitive Words - Review: Allows the administrator to review and decide whether to adopt sensitive words reported by users. After users report sensitive words, the administrator can review the sensitive words by clicking "Review".

Sensitive Words - Management: Allows administrators to add, delete, modify, and query sensitive words.

Sensitive Words - Content Processing: Allows business administrators to process sensitive words under loose control. Setting loose control will record sensitive words in Content Processing without blocking business processes. If the administrator selects "Notify User" and the original content is not replaced by asterisks by the administrator, a to-do notification will be sent to the user. If the original content is replaced by asterisks, a to-read notification will be sent to the user.

Sensitive Words - Block Log: Used to record logs of blocked sensitive words under strict control policies.
